Hallows Eve

I will not be going trick o' treating/out and about the town this year for the following reasons: no one understands what costumes I come up with; I'd rather stay in, eat ice-cream, knit, and watch the Halloween Tree; October is usually so frigid where I live that your costume gets obscured under woolen cloaks and hats; I don't have a gang of teenagers to romp around with; and, I'm ashamed to say it: I've accepted the damage that three nights of sugar for dinner does to your teeth. Shame. That said, I would absolutely go out and have a great time if all of the above problems didn't exist. Also, I didn't realise that Halloween was upon us until today, so...ye. With the program, as usual.

Side note: I can't stand those gaudy blow-up decorations in peoples' yards. I really.....augh, hate 'em.
It's also really nice out, for it being almost winter and all that. So....yep. Goin' into the great outdoors, y'all.
